Candidate should have a graduate degree in Assamese/ Russian/ German/ Hindi Language from any recognized University or equivalent.
Also, candidate should have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Library Science and Post Graduate diploma in Computer Application from any recognized University or equivalent.
