Private Secretary: Officers possessing Bachelor's degree from recognized University holding post of Court Master/Stenographer Grade "c" with at least two years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600 in PB-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) (pro-revised 6500-200- 10500) In Central/ State Government) Courts/Tribunals and possessing a speed of 100 words per minute In shorthand and 40 words per minute in type writing (English).
Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from recognized institution.
Assistant (Judicial): LLB/Degree In Law (Regular course) from a University recognized by the Bar Council of India with minimum 55% marks.
Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from recognized institution.
Librarian: Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized University/institute: with minimum 55% marks.
Two years professional experience In a Library under Central/State Government/Autonomous or Statuary organization/PSU/Univer3ity or recognized research or Educational Institution
Stenographer: Graduation from a recognized University with at least 55% marks.
Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 wpm Transcription: 50 minutes (Eng) (on computer).
Computer Training course of at least 6 months from a recognized Institution.
Peon/Orderly/Court Attendant: Matriculation or equivalent pass Or ITI (Civil/ Electrical / Electronic/Computers) pass from recognized institution.
Age limit:

Pay Scale

RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF ASSISTANT COURT SECRETARY

Applications through online in the prescribed format are invited from applicants who are eligible and qualified as on the last date fixed for submission of applications for recruitment to 85 postsof Assistant Court Secretary on the establishment of the High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore, through the link on http://karnatakajudiciary.kar.nic.in

NOTE:

Applicants who have applied earlier for the post of Assistant Court Secretary (Stenographer) in pursuance to the Notification No. HCE 6/2009 dated 21.12.2011 and 27.06.2013 shall submit a fresh application through online but need not pay the fee again and shall furnish the

particulars regarding fee paid earlier i.e, IPO No./DD No. in the online application. Further, the age of such applicants will be reckoned as on the date of the earlier Notifications.

Method of Recruitment:

Selection of candidates will be made in accordance with the High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) Rules, 1973, and the High Court of Karnataka Service (Direct Recruitment by Selection) Rules, 1984, as amended from time to time.

Minimum Qualification:
